Right of Withdrawal
The Right of Withdrawal Act applies to purchases made by consumers. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, the goods must be returned in their original packaging and received by us within 14 days from the date of receipt. Please note that we do not provide refunds for items returned without their original packaging. Exchanges are not possible. We kindly ask that you notify us by email should you choose to exercise your right of withdrawal.
You are responsible for ensuring that returned goods are delivered to us in complete and undamaged condition. We therefore strongly advise that items are securely packaged. Do not attach tape or address labels directly to the original packaging.
We recommend that returns are sent using a traceable and insured shipping method. Please be aware that traceability and insurance are not available when sending items by standard letter mail, and delivery times may also be extended. Returns must not be sent as business parcels. You, the customer, are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We do not accept parcels sent with cash on delivery (COD).
Please complete the withdrawal form that is sent to you by email on the same day your order is dispatched, and include the completed form with your return shipment. Provided that the conditions for withdrawal are met, we will issue a refund for the purchase amount of the item(s). Kindly note that return shipping costs are your responsibility, in accordance with Section 15, Paragraph 1 of the Right of Withdrawal Act.
